About me
Paula has spent the past seven years working on strategies that bridge open technologies and digital policy. Her expertise revolves around digital policy and open source software, as well as digital transformation of European public services. Previously, she was a Strategic Partnerships Director at OpenForum Europe, a leading Brussels-based think tank focused on open technologies. She co-authored the European Commission’s landmark 2021 study on the economic impact of open source, helped launch the global UN OSPOs for Good conference and led several projects on open source in the EU's public sector.
